All Disclosures, ARI Certs and Owner of Record forms to be submitted electronically in 2022!

Please provide AOA required forms ELECTRONICALLY -  IN ADVANCE -  with your registrations!
PLEASE check that you have the following items with you (paper copies) before departing for the show.

• The AOA Owner of Record for Show Entry Form (formerly Buyer’s Permission to Show Form) is not part of health requirements but may be necessary for you to be able to show an animal at an AOA-sanctioned show. This form is only to be used if an alpaca you are purchasing is registered to show and the AOA registration certificate for that alpaca is not yet in your name. 

• One copy of all paperwork - a disclosure for each show you enter
• Copy of ARI Certificate for each animal, including companions
• All pertinent health paperwork
• Properly functioning microchip in each alpaca
• All gear and marketing materials needed to have a successful weekend!
