It’s the MaPaca Jubilee's 12th year, and we are looking forward to many New and Exciting features for the 2008 Jubilee. We will again be located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, April 24-27. New and exciting are the key words to this years show. Admission is free to the public. Get ready to be part of the all new and exciting 2008 MAPACA Jubilee!

Arena Setup
When you enter the PA Farm Show Complex make sure to check out the new arena setup. The rings will be arranged to provide better sound and viewing for the audience.

Judging
The MAPACA Jubilee committee welcomes our judges to the arena. This year we are pleased to have Jude Anderson, Peter Kennedy and Tim Lavan in the halter show rings and Linda Hayes in the performance ring. The Fleece Show will be judged by Shannon McConnell and Nard Mullan. The Spin Off, Fiber Arts and Skein competitions will be judged by Wini Labrecque.

Sponsorship Opportunities
If you haven’t considered sponsoring the Jubilee you may want to think twice. Sponsoring is a great opportunity to showcase your farm and this year we are offering several new sponsorship levels with some great benefits.

New This Year – Fiber Spin Off
This is the first year the Jubilee for the Spin Off. For those farms that have sent in their fiber it’s another great way to promote your farm and breeding program.

State Affiliates and Vendor Displays
We are excited to welcome the State Affiliates as they display their information. Stop by Vendor Village where the nation’s top purveyors will be showcasing their alpaca related products.

Educational Seminars
The seminars are free to exhibitors and Jubilee attendees. “Brown Bagging It with Norm” Dr. Norm Evans on Thursday evening will kick off this year’s show with a fun and informative event. And we’re pleased that Marty McGee Bennett will return this year to inspire us to partner with our animals.

Dinner Venue
Join your fellow MAPACA members for the Friday night dinner at Appalachian Brewing Company (ABC) located in downtown Harrisburg. A shuttle bus will be available to and from ABC. Join us for dinner and a brew.
